Lead Pastor

Pastor Rob is committed to a ministry of Christ-like love and unconditional acceptance for all. His ministry focuses on love and justice. Like the salt and light we are called to be, the church should not dominate culture but serve it. Ministries should restore the dignity of individuals and address the injustice in ourselves, our families, our communities, and society at large.

Pastor Rob has served in the Indiana United Methodist Church as an ordained Elder for 20 years. He received his Master’s of Divinity from Asbury Seminary. Rob has been married to his wonderful wife Lesley for 25 plus years. Lesley is a registered Art Therapist, an Early Childhood Developmental and Expressive therapies therapist. They have five wonderful children together. Pastor Rob enjoys being with his family, backpacking the Appalachian Trail, and spending time in his sketchbook.  He is also a Yudansha of Shuri Ryu Okinawian Martial Arts, a recipient of the Lilly Internship Training Program for Pastors, the Bishop’s Cohort for Young Pastors, and currently serves as the Chair of the Indiana Board of Camps and Conferences.
