What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and grow our family ministries
• Equip and lead volunteers
• Support and resource parents
• Plan events that foster intergenerational faith
• Lead confirmation and children’s programming
• Partner with our Preschool, Outreach, and Fine Arts ministries
• Ensure Safe Sanctuary training and compliance
• Be part of worship and church-wide life

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in youth/family ministry, education, or a related field
• College degree strongly preferred
• Skilled in team building and tech-savvy
• Aligned with the mission and values of the United Methodist Church

Financial Administrator

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about stewardship and organization? First UMC is looking for a Financial Administrator to oversee the financial and administrative health of our church.

Top Qualifications:

• 💼 Experience in fund accounting
• 📁 Strong organizational and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Manage financial records, budgeting, and payroll
• Collaborate with Finance, Trustees, Endowment, and SPRC committees
• Oversee benefits, insurance, and reporting
• Support the church’s administrative and facility needs
• Maintain financial transparency and uphold confidentiality
• Partner with staff and volunteers to serve the mission of the church

Who We’re Looking For:

• Skilled in finance or nonprofit/business administration
• Familiar with ADP, fund accounting, and compliance processes
• A strong team player with integrity and a proactive spirit
• Supportive of the church's mission (Christian faith not required, but respected)
