Elementary Aftercare Aide
Do you love spending time with kids and making after-school feel like the best part of their day? We're looking for an Elementary Aftercare Aide to help create a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment for our elementary students! This position pays $17/hour.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and engage elementary students after school
Help plan and lead fun, meaningful activities
Assist students with homework and school-related tasks
Communicate regularly with students and families (hello, ClassDojo!)
Support daily set-up, clean-up, and playground supervision
Attend staff meetings and required trainings
Maintain confidentiality and uphold a welcoming environment
Who We’re Looking For:

Passionate about serving through faith-based ministry
Aligned with the mission and values of the United Methodist Church
Available Monday–Friday, 2–5:30 PM (17.5–20 hours/week)

Preschool Aide - Floater
Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same? We're looking for a Preschool Aide – Floater to jump in wherever needed, support our amazing teachers, and help create a warm, faith-filled space where little ones can grow! This position pays $17/hour.

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily classroom programs and age-appropriate curriculum
Sub and assist across all preschool classrooms as needed
Supervise students when the lead teacher steps out
Help with set-up, clean-up, and playground supervision
Assist the Preschool Director with office duties
Attend staff meetings and required trainings
Treat every child, family, and colleague with dignity and respect
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone who rolls with the punches and brings good energy doing it
Prior Christian ministry or teaching experience a plus
Passionate about serving families through faith-based ministry
Aligned with the mission and values of the United Methodist Church
Available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5:30 PM (38 hours/week)
